For Grooms...

Yes, it is your job to plan the honeymoon.  And if you do a great job, like she will have for your wedding you will get returns in spades! As you may or may not have noticed the Bride is busy, worried, nervous, excited and crazed about the event as well as the vows themselves, and you for that matter.  Take planning the honeymoon off of her plate and make her feel confident that you have it all handled.

Of course, everyone is different and she may or may not have a say in the gory details of your honeymoon together.  Let's pretend she has given you some guidelines, in the meantime you are setting a budget for your honeymoon in Napa Valley.  A lot of people like to add San Francisco to the front or back of their Napa Valley Honeymoon, which is great.  We recommend doing San Francisco on the weekend part of your time, the hotel rates are more reasonable due to volume and all the hot clubs and restaurants will be amazing.  Not to mention that during the week in Napa you can save upwards to 30% on your hotel stay and get treated like VIPs not only because you are newlyweds but because everyone can spend a little more time with you.  In any case, back to the budget, reasonably speaking you can pull off 4 nights, 5 days in Napa Valley with all the fixin's at around $2200, that's everything but the costs of meals and any purchases.

Happy Planning!
